βœ” 35g flour

βœ” 500g all-purpose flour 🌾
βœ” 8g salt πŸ§‚
βœ” 30ml olive oil πŸ«’

First part of the dough 🌸
βœ” Add the yeast, sugar, 35g flour, and 150ml water πŸ’¦
βœ” Mix until the sugar and yeast dissolve and everything combines well
βœ” Cover and rest for 30 minutes

Instructions:
βœ” Add 300ml water, 500g flour, and 8g salt β€” mix until combined and cover for 30 minutes
βœ” Add 30ml olive oil πŸ«’, fold with a spatula, and cover for another 30 minutes
βœ” Wet your hands, fold the dough, and rest for 30 minutes
βœ” Wet your hands again, fold, and rest for 1 hour
βœ” Wet your hands once more, fold, and rest for another hour
βœ” Shape and cut the bread, then rest for 45 minutes

βœ” Preheat the oven and the baking tray together
βœ” Place the empty tray at the bottom of the oven until fully heated
βœ” Once hot, pour Β½ cup of iced water onto the tray πŸ’¦
